Romans 10:9

THAT IF THOU SHALT CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH THE LORD JESUS, AND SHALT BELIEVE IN THINE HEART THAT GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, THOU SHALT BE SAVED.

Confess

Faith is not and cannot be only within the mind.  We will confess to God and we will confess to other people who also believe if we truly believe. When a person will not speak to God and to other believers then it indicates that you do not truly believe with all of your heart. Would you confess to God and to others That You believe Jesus Christ?

From The Dead

Jesus did die for your sins.  Jesus did rise from the dead giving evidence that He is God; This is essential the faith of a Christian.  If you do not believe this you cannot be saved. Jesus was not simply a good person or moral teacher. He is the savior. Do you believe this, not just in your mind, but in your heart?

Thou shalt be saved

To be saved means to be taken from a bad situation and brought by another into a better situation.  People are saved from burning buildings by firemen, from disease by doctors, and from poverty by those with money. Jesus died and rose again to save us from the worst place Hell, made for the devil (a place of punishment that is eternal.  We deserve hell because of our sin. It is the Penalty for sinning) to the best place heaven, where there is no more sorrow, tears, pain, or death. That is ultimate Salvation!
